I guess for my case, the cause is the server reads the pdf as letter size then, since my PFD`s are in A4. Is there a temporary workaround I can do on my site until you have a fix for this?

I’m sorry for the delayed response. I’ve been very swamped lately.
There is — it would be to modify the command line call being generated here once you’ve installed the plugin. This change would need to be re-made whenever you upgrade the plugin.

I can try this approach until there is a permanent fix for this!
I’ve set the thumbnail dimensions to 300×424, that works pixel perfect for A4 document sizes and resonable balance between thumbnail readability and filesize.
