    Hi @manuarmand,

Sorry to know that you are experiencing an issue.

Can you please let us know if you observe the issue in the Forminator dashboard or at the page builder end?

Generally, a white page shows up when the website triggers a fatal error, and execution stops before anything renders. Can you please enable WP_DEBUG_LOG and check if a PHP error is being logged when the issue happens?

I hope the following guide comes in handy: https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

Additionally, please check if there are any JavaScript errors showing up in the browser console. If yes, please share a screenshot with us so that we can help you further.

Looking forward to hearing back from you and helping you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Best Regards,
    Nebu John

    Tks for your reply.

The issue is in the Forminator dashboard when I try to modify the form. It is not a totally blank page : I can the wordpress menu left and top but nothonk in the middle where I’m suppose to see my form and modify it.

    Tks

    Hi @manuarmand,

Thank you for getting back to us with more clarification.

Can you please confirm if you enabled WP_DEBUG_LOG to verify if any PHP errors are being logged? Also, was there any error showing up in the browser console?

Just to ensure no other plugin or theme is conflicting and causing the issue, can you please try a complete conflict test? That is, deactivate all the plugins except the one we provided and check if that resolves the issue. If yes, reactivate all the plugins, one at a time, and check when the issue reappears. You need to do the same with the theme as well.

The following documentation should help you further: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

If this is a live website with traffic, please create a staging website and perform the test without disrupting the live traffic. A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new directory on the same server using a separate database.

Please update us here with the results so that we can help you further.

    Best Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi there,

Tks for your feed back. The issue is still here but i didn’t have time to find a solution 🙁

    Have a good day

    Hi @manuarmand

Can you let us know what are the results from the suggestions we have mentioned above? Are there any errors, and did you perform a full plugin conflict test?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
