White page after active plugin
-
Hi,
I get a white page after active the plugin. I use WP 3.5.1 and the latest WP Photo Album version.
What’s wrong?
Thanks

If you have a slow server, try later to open the Photo Albums -> Settings admin page, open Table VIII and run item A1: Setup, to complete a possible unfinished setup.
Na het activeren van de plugin heb ik op alle pagina’s een witte pagina.
Maakt niet uit wat ik wil openen in mijn Dashboard. Please check the server requirements on http://wppa.opajaap.nl/dos-and-donts/
If you can not de-activate, remove the wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus directory and its content with an ftp program.
Hoi Jaap,
Check Tabel IX-A3: wppa+ debugging, and supply me link to the site
@everybody having this problem:
Add this line to wp-config.php:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);Try again and pray for a usefull errormessage.
Or: inspect the server errorlog for a usefull errormessage.Where do i find the ‘settings admin page’ when I get a white page after clicking ‘Photo albums’?
Link to the site: http://www.2opreis.netThat is a good question!
Try this:
Install plugin Tweak Option
You will find Tweak option in the tools menu
Open it and find wppa_allow_debug
Edit it and change no into yes and saveWhile installing Tweak Option I also get a white page
Deactivate wppa+, is that possible? and adding
define('WP_DEBUG', true);to wp-config.php?Deactivated wppa+ and added the code to wp-config.php
It’s still not working..
Now this error appears while opening ‘settings’
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 50331648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /sites/2opreis.net/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/wppa-settings-autosave.php on line 1109
That is clear. You have 48 mb server memory and that is not enough.
If you can not get more memory ( ask your hosting provider ) you have to delete the plugin ( possibly with an ftp program ) and install an older version, Example: http://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/wp-photo-album-plus.4.9.18.zip or any other from http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/developers/
You must then download the zipfile, unpack and ftp the directory wp-photo-album-plus to the plugins/ directory.
Re-activate the plugin and run Table VIII-A1: Setup This is very important, to get the db ok for that version.Oke, i will. Thanks!!
