    Hi,

    I wrote this on another thread but it’s been marked as resolved and I don’t believe that it’s getting replied to anymore. (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/white-plugin-screen/)

    My sync was being incredibly slow so I decided to deactivate and reactive the plugin.

    Now when i look at the Marketing > Mailchimp page, I see the mailchimp logo but nothing else.

    There are no errors in the logs or anything else, just no data being loaded into the page.

    I’ve unlinked on the mailchimp end to see i this has any bearing as well but seemingly not.

    I’m running the latest WooCommerce and WordPress – As well as the latest version of this plugin.

    Any advice would be great, thank you.

    @knox87 sorry you’re having trouble with this – if you’ve disconnected from the Mailchimp end, the best thing to do is to uninstall the Mailchimp plugin, then re-install. This is a new one and the file being referenced doesn’t exactly make sense to our plugin at all.

    Can you try doing the uninstall -> reinstall first and let us know if you’re still having trouble?

    Also if you’re seeing performance issues, it COULD be related to the Action Scheduler just being a little too much for your server. We recommend running this in the CLI version if at all possible.

    Happy to work through these things with you, but please try this first and we will go from there.
