I would recommend resetting the plugin, although it is an advanced task to undertake but will get website and plugin working again.

I have the same problem, white screen, i go to the steps of Viktor.
I just updated this plugin to the newest version today and immediately got a white screen. How can this be fixed? My client is freaking out and very angry.
I am running a WPMU site but every time I activate IThemes security I get intermittent white screens all over the place. Front end and back end.
Any suggestions please?

Could you try setting WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php and let me know if you see an error on the white screens?

Still getting some white screen with no error messages though.
When I use the browser back button and then try again it is often ok.
White screens on the front end as well. Pressing F5 usually sorts it.
