    I am also getting a white screen when updating this plugin to 1.7

    When updating the plugin the activation/upgrade code is not running which results in PHP warnings which may be causing the white screen for some PHP settings.

    I am pushing out a new release tomorrow that does not rely on the upgrade code running.

    Some you should be able to safely upgrade to 1.7.1

    Fixed in 1.7.3 which now supports legacy PHP 5.2 installations

    I’m on PHP 5.4 and whitescreened on yesterday’s version (1.7.2?) so I went back to 1.6 again. Should I try 1.7.3 ?

    @rieraney, Yes please

    1.7.3. should be compatible with PHP 5.2

    1.7.3 will not make a difference if you are on 5.4.

    Can you try it anyway, just in case, making sure your clear your browser cache
