White Screen Bug Report

I have a bug report where if the V2 captcha is enabled for “Lost Password”, upon a user registering for an account or resetting their password, the screen goes completely white. (This occurs even with all plugins disabled and theme changed to a default WordPress theme, so I am hopeful you will be able to replicate this on your end). Kind regards.
