White screen issue and Variable products

    Hi,
    I’m facing two issues and I hope you can assist me

    First, the critical one, when the plugin is activated we’re getting a white screen after scrolling to the bottom and back to top
    the white screen disappears after few seconds and all the content appear again
    I’m using flatsome theme (updated)

    The second one is that I don’t want to search in the variation cause the search results display all the variations as separated products, I saw in the forum that I need to disable the Variable products but I can’t see it on the settings page

    Hello,

    Please tell me more about this issue – its appears when you activating the plugin? Or maybe you performing the search? Also – do you see any error messages related to this problem? Maybe you can enable debug mode by following this article to find any messages.

    About variations – open plugins settings page -> ‘Search results’ tab and find ‘Variable products’ option.

    Hi,

    Using the plugin without running a search causes the issue to appear.

    Where? is the console?

    I don’t see the variable products – I tried to use Ctrl+f but also no results
    this is the url domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=aws-options&tab=results

    Well its looks like server error so you need to look inside your debug.log file. Can you please follow this article?
