    Hello,

I just updated your plugin to the most recent update (released 6 days ago) and whenever I try to access the Elementor editor for any pages all I get is a blank white screen and no Elementor editor.

I have systematically disabled and activated all other plugins and unfortunately your plugin is the one causing the issue.

Let me know if you need any further information or have a solution.

    Hello tinybluerocket,

    Hope you’re having a great day 🙂

This issue usually occurs due to an influence in PHP Memory Limit or Time Limit so, may I ask you to send a screen capture for your system info from your dashboard -> Premium Add-ons for Elementor -> System Info.

    Cheers!!

Looks like it’s not just me!

I found a viable solution from two steps I took.

    1. I went to the System Info option from within Elementor and found my website’s WP memory limit was too low. I increased it to the minimum required.

    2. I updated Premium Addons from version 2.9.9 to version 3.0.0 – the issue has first occurred using 2.9.9 and the update to 3.0.0 coincided with it working.

I can’t tell you which of those two steps was the solution, as annoyingly I did both then checked, but ensuring my WP installation was compliant with Elementor’s requirement and using version 3 of this plugin had solved my problem.

    I hope this helps.
