White Screen when accessing WordPress admin users page

    I copied the ‘Editor’ role to create a new role and gave it access to the page where subscribers accounts are listed (/wp-admin/users.php?role=subscriber). It was working perfectly fine before but upon checking today, the role can no longer access it and it only gives a white screen.

    Could you let me know how you gave access to the page where subscribers’ accounts are listed (/wp-admin/users.php?role=subscriber)?

    Make sure that you have assigned the capabilities you need for that role under the PublishPress Capabilities menu as follows: https://prnt.sc/6RL80_cSkKzh
