Hi,

One of my custome is blocked by your plugin.
I found his email adress in the check user for spam tab.
But I can only delet his accountI want to allow him to use my website.
What can I do?

I try this but when I go to my clean talk dashboard I don’t see the email in the list only via my website/wordpress dashboard
When I click on the firewall tab it asks me to upgrade my account but I did pay for few years.
So I’m a bit lost sorry.
