We had a client who was getting locked out frequently and there were no log trails for his IP, but his IP was getting listed in the ban list in .htaccess
I have whitelisted their IP now, and I thought we could have comments feature in the whitelist so I can remember who and why did I whitelist.
eg: 192.168.1.1 /* This is Frankie’s IP */
