Whitelist not working

    Hello this is my first time trying to Whitelist IP for a site so I am probably doing something wrong. I added my own IP(from my computer, the public IP) to the whitelist in the BruteForce settings but I am still able to access the site from my phone and such. Are there any steps I am missing?

    Anyhelp would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    The whitelist option only whitelists your IP so your IP will not be blacklisted irrespective the number of failed attempts from your IP.

    However it does not blacklist other IPs when you whitelist your IP.

    We will try to add this option in the future.
