Whitelist not working, getting an error
-
All I need to do is whitelist an IP address.
I went to Global Settings -> Lockout White List and added my client’s IP address to this list.
I got this error:
——————
The directory supplied in Path to Log Files cannot be used as a valid directory. The directory /***/***/***/wp-content/uploads/ithemes-security/logs could not be created due to an unknown error. This could be due to a permissions issue. The settings could not be saved. Please correct the error above and try again.
——————I checked the permissions for this folder and it seems right (755).
Is there a way to just edit this in the database? Or is there another solution? I need to fix this ASAP because they are getting locked out every day due to Microsoft Exchange pinging the server constantly.
Thanks!!!
