    Hello,

I want the popup to appear for all external links EXCEPT those used to share articles on Facebook.

If I enter “facebook.com” in the Whitelisted Domains, all links to that site open without a popup, which is not what I want.

If I enter ” https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php “, the links to share the post aren’t recognized because the link contains parameters after “sharer.php”.

Is it possible to specify a root for the beginning of URLs, such as “https://www.facebook.com/sharer/*” or a REGEX pattern?

    Thank you in advance.

    Regards

    Hi @zebullon

Thanks for opening the support thread and for the feature request. For now, we are not supporting wildcard matching in the whitelists. However, I will try to make a release mostly this week or next with an enhancement to support it.

    Hi @zebullon

A new version 1.4.1 has been released with support for the wildcard. You can find out a reference wildcard in the FAQ.

Please let me know whether it works for you or not.

Hurray!! Thanks for the reply and letting me know that the new version addressed your request! Thank you so much for the donation! I will have Biryani (a local dish in my place) this time.

If you don’t mind, could you please review and rate the plugin based on your experiences? It will help the plugin to reach more users on WordPress.
