With your firewall active when we login to WHMCS we (username and password) we then go back to the screen again to login. If you deactivate the plugin it works fine. I have checked the logs and can’t find any error or block. If we are logged in and refresh WHMCS it will go to the login screen again. Again deactivate the plugin and refresh again we are still logged in and working fine.

WHMCS does send emails from failed logins and we don’t get this. It seems like its blocking something just not sure what as we don’t see anything in the logs.

    All settings are a default

    Hi

We have customers who are successfully running WHMCS with NinjaFirewall (both WP/WP+ and Pro/Pro+ editions). There was an issue posted here but that does not match your problem.

Do you have WHMCS installed inside a subfolder of your WordPress site, or WordPress installed inside a subfolder of WHMCS?

    Hello,

WordPress is in the root directory and WHMCS is inside of a folder called billing. It kinda strange problem as if I have NinjaFirewall ON and refresh WHMCS it takes me to the login screen (asking for username and password)

If I disable NinjaFirewall and refresh WHMCS shows be logged it. It seems like a cookie problem or something else.

    Hello,

Update, I did make a file called ‘.htninja’ I used the code to exclude the directory and it fixed my problem.

I feel that I have just removed firewalls and protection from this folder. Any other options?

    Hi,

I too would think you have a cookie/session issue.
Did you check in the security/settings of WHMCS, it seems to me there are some options about login and cookies? You may try different settings.
