    I hope you are doing good today.

    Is there any other cache plugin on the site? If so could you disable them and see if that helps?

    Also, did you set up Asset Optimization in Hummingbird? Because with Asset Optimization and incorrect setup you can easily break site design. If Asset Optimization is enabled, could you disable that feature temporary and see does that help as well?
