Why cannot acess my Dashboard

    Hi there,
    My hosting provider is with Hivalidity and my domain is with go daddy.
    How can I access my dashboard?
    A web developer helped me doing a backup of the content and uploading it on the page but now he is too busy

    What the problem?

    Do you have the correct credentials to log in to your dashboard? Is that the issue ?

    If so, ask your web developer .

    You need correct credentials to log in.

    Heiko thanks for replying but if I put my email doesn’t work bcs it’s linked to an old account I had few years ago and if I put the name of the page I don’t have the pass that I cannot retrieve somehow.
    Do you think I should check on my Control Panel?

    I know I need credentials;) but I don’t understand if having more accounts with the same email can create a problem.
    Meaning:with my email I cannot enter and I cannot enter using the name of the account
