Why cant admin manually update users' status

I love your plugin but why would you change that users admin tab so that you cant change important details about users.

I would like to be able to change things about users in the admin panel like you can do on the default users tab. This is important because if the user has a problem with signing up for my site than I need to be able to go in and manually change their status to paying user.
