Why change cursor to default?!

By default, when hovering over a widget in the widgets area, the cursor changes to “move” which indicates that this item is draggable. However, with this plugin installed, it loads some CSS in that page to change the cursor to “auto” which makes it a default arrow.

Why is this plugin doing this?
