Why does my post, post multiple times?

    When I post a new post on the site, my social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc) posts it multiple times. Last week it posted 16 times and had to be turned off. This morning I posted 2 posts, and 1 post got posted on the social media twice. Please help! I need this to stop
