I tried to edit the animation of the Mobile Sidebar through the Personal Customization option (paintbrush icon) >>> Header >>> Mobile Sidebar >>> Open Behaviour, but it didn’t work. I had some problems before with Elementor, but they are all solved. I have the “Neve” theme, is it possible that something, such as Elementor, overrides its settings? and if so, how can I solve it?

  • Since the last two updates I have massive problems with the customizer settings and things that are shown on the page in fact… The only I could do for the moment was to go back to Neve 3.0.4, then it looks again as it should – but I can’t do any more changes to colours, fonts etc. in the customizer. …and it can’t be the solution that you don’t have the option to update! But maybe try, if this solves your problem as well.

    Hi @globus12!

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

I tried to replicate this on my test instance but changing the open behavior for the mobile sidebar has the expected effect for me, it works properly. The issue on your end could be caused by a plugin conflict. You could install the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue disappears. If it does, you can reactivate the plugins one by one until you find the guilty one and then replace it with an alternative plugin. If this doesn’t help, could you please provide us the URL to your site so we can check the issue?

Thank you and have a nice day!

    Hi @seshcomm @globus12,

Thank you for reporting this behavior.

The problem should be fixed in the latest version of the theme which is 3.0.10. Can you please confirm if it works as expected now?

Thank you for your time and support!

Hi @stefancotitosu , thank you for taking care of this issue. In my case the problem was solved after fixing the SSL issue (updating all old HTTP pages to https with the plugin “Really simple SSL”), changing the fonts, then doing all updates again. Currently it seems to work fine!
    Best regards

    Hi @seshcomm,

Thank you for sharing the solution in your case. I’m glad to hear the Customizer works properly now.

    Best regards,
    Stefan
