similar just happened to me as well..
it was working when i went to bed i wake up and none of the adapters are showing up in the user front end but shows everything is good in admin area and that wallets are responding etc
what i see is that the page does not do the refresh to even look for the coin it just stays at that screen when page 1st loads
so no coins are showing in drop down menu
i am only admin and when i went to bed it was working , woke up and not working.
installing again does NOTHING still stuck at that initial screen

https://prntscr.com/kn5mb7
no refresh to look for coins or anything
Hello to both,
Even if the plugin is activated and the adapters are set up correctly, there are a number of reasons why the frontend UI would not show. Most of these are detailed in the Troubleshooting section of the documentation.
However, if coins are shown some times but not others, then this would indicate that connectivity between your WordPress and your wallet is not reliable.
The frontend normally displays any coins that are retrieved via the get_coins_info JSON API. Inspecting the response of that API might give you some clue as to what’s going on.
If you wish, you could send me login details to my email and I can have a look.
Also, can I ask which coin adapter(s) you are using? Thanks.
kind regards
I have it fixed some how, bcs i unchecked the user capabilities where it says view profile and since I unchecked that capabilities the account is now now, only that the users bitcoin address changes to a different wallet address anytime a page is reloaded
i actually deleted and started over with my wordpress so mine is working now
there had to be a conflict somewhere in other plugins and so i just started over but thanks!
@pandglobal I’m glad you fixed it. Not sure why the view_wallets_profile capability would affect the behavior of the plugin. Turning the other capabilities on/off would indeed control whether the frontend UI shows or not. For the benefit of others reading this, the solution to the bitcoin address changing is here.
@falconcoin Glad you got it working, although I’m sorry I couldn’t help. If you ever see the problem again please let me know. Ideally I would like to be able to help with every bug and hopefully provide a fix if possible but I have no information in this case.
I’m marking this thread as resolved, please reopen if needed.
with regards
I got mine fixed by unchecking the view profile capabilities for each user role, I can’t go through the stress of fresh installations bcs it means starting over from building my website afresh, including menu, pages etc, that is lots of work and is not best way, I think dashed-slug should debugg the issue to know why it is so, bcs i believed the unchecking of view profile capabilities is also limiting something else. Though I suspected it was a reaction between my plugin which restrict subscribers role from entering the admin backend, so the view profile was giving them the access contrary to the plug-in restricting them so war started.
i had a issue where it locks me out cause of this as admin too… i dont want users to see that area
