    Hello,

I have a few things to report on install.

    1. When installing and downloading a zip of my static site wp static adds an extra s to wp-contents so it ends up as wp-contentss.

    2. When attempting to update wp-contentss to wp-contents it does not update.

    3. Is there any way to have this plugin not modify the original site?

    4. I cannot find an uninstall guide. can you please tell me how to uninstall these files from my server should i need to?

If you can fix these issues id be happy to upgrade to your paid version!

    Thank you!

    Hi @amazinglightstudios,

There was a bug regarding the static site being deployed into your site’s root.

This has now been resolved in version 4.3 – please upgrade to that.

Regarding the wp-contents, the original folder should be wp-content, no s. If you have overridden the rewriting rules, try to use the WP default of wp-content.

Regarding the extra files placed in the root due to the bug, these will need to be manually cleaned up – try sorting by file creation/modification date to see all created by the last export and remove those.

    Cheers,

    Leon
