Why Doesn’t Anything Load?

I updated to 2.7 as soon as it came out. I haven’t made any database changes or anything to it since then. I’ve just been posting as usual. Now my blog doesn’t seem to load though.

Also when I can get the wp-admin page to load and I try to login it won’t let me. It comes back saying my username is invalid. I know it’s not though. Please help.
