Why doesn't Quick Press module appear

    I cannot create new posts and articles because my Dashboard does not include the QuickPress module. It’s not just reduced (or hidden), it’s gone. All other modules do appear. How can I publish new articles on our forum at fttp://researchaccess.com/wp-admin ?
