Why I can’t host plugin here?

    Hello. I just try to add my plugin “Target Visitors” to host here, but where i can see if it was approve or not? I added plugin yesterday and now i can’t find it. If I try to add it again i got an error that plugin with such name is allready added. What I’m doing wrong?
