Hi @selftripsru. The Insert button is disabled unless an asset is selected. Could you please try clicking on the little circular checkmark icon to select and asset and then see if that allows you to insert.

Note that the “insert to post” button you are referring to belongs to the WP media library and not Cloudinary’s media library.
When using our plugin and going to Cloudinaery’s media library, there are additional options that you could do.
In order to insert a resource from Cloudinary’s media library to that of WP you need to click the orange insert button on the top panel as seen in this video.
You would then be able to insert that resource from WP media library to the post

As I understand it, the orange button inserts media from Cloudinaery’s media library, into wordpress media. This mode is not used and does not work. It is necessary to insert media in the post from Cloudinaery!!!!!
Hi, would it be possible to share with us a short video, showing the flow of how you try and insert a Cloudinary image and where exactly you get stuck without being able to proceed with the insertion?
