Hi @babysenkidsnl –
We are happy to help with this, but need a bit more information.
How are you determining that the IP is still reaching your site? Is it showing up in your logs?
Hi there, @babysenkidsnl,
Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

Yes, the IP still reaches my site. It is blocked in the back-end in Steeings and then Firewall. But the IP Address still reaches my site.
Hi there, @babysenkidsnl,
Could you share how you know that IP is still reaching your site? Have you checked the logs, or is there any other place where you can see this IP getting your site?
You can share screenshots if that helps. You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard or Imgur and post the link here. You can contact us via this contact form and mention this thread if you don’t want to share sensitive data in this public forum.

Well, I have the IP address in the firewall to be blocked so that it does not have access to my site. First once, didn’t work. Now twice, doesn’t work either. See image: https://snipboard.io/UVarko.jpg
And I see that IP is still accessing to my site, in the last 7 days like 123 times: https://snipboard.io/6UJ7pI.jpg
Hi there, @babysenkidsnl,
Thanks for bearing with us while we shared your case with our developers.
Upon further investigation, we realised that the IP is passing our Protect feature due to how Cloudflare works on your site.
In a few words, since Cloudflare acts as a reverse proxy anytime the user does not reach the site with their own IP but with Cloudflare’s IP, the actual user IP is sent in an HTTP header.
Our developers worked to find a workaround or a temporary alternative to pass you in order to avoid this hiccup, however it looks like it may take longer than expected to find a stable solution to fix this issue. They have this at the top of their pipeline; even though we don’t have an ETA for the issue to be sorted out, we aim to deploy it by the end of the next development cycle.
I am sorry we can’t help much with that. Either you switch from Cloudflare to a different proxy (granted that won’t behave like Cloudflare) or find a different solution to block that unwanted IP, as our plugin isn’t able to at the minute.
