Why is Bulk Redirection Not Working?

    I have several thousand 404’s on the 404 Monitor, so have set the screen options to divide into 250 per page. I am bulk checking the list of 250 and clicking “Bulk Action Redirect”, and finally “Update Redirection”.

    However the 250 redirections do not show up on the Redirections screen.

    The 250 redirections are still on the 404 monitor screen but there is an option underneath each one to view the redirection.

    If I clear the log the 250 redirections do not show up on the redirections screen.

    My questions are as follows:

    1) How can I get the bulk redirection tool to work correctly, so they show up on the redirections screen?

    2) Is there a way to bulk check the “Ignore Case” boxes or does each one of the 250 boxes have to be individually checked?

    Please advise.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
     
    Since the redirects you’re creating have the same destination URL, they will be merged under a single rule. When you edit that rule, you will see all the source URLs you selected in the 404 Monitor. 
     
    There is no option to check the Ignore Case option in bulk. You will have to do it manually for each source URL.
     
    Also, you’re using a very old version of the Free plugin. We recommend that you update it to the latest version to make sure that you can access latest features and bugfixes: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
