Why is WordPress doing this?

    Today I went onto a page on the site I work on and saw this at the end of the URL: “#.TozWpZ5CqU9”. It is on all pages and posts.

    I disabled all plugins and refreshed permalinks and it’s still doing it.

    I did install updates to my plugins today via the updater, but it froze up about halfway.

    How can I fix this?
