Really? Just work on what hardware, etc? What are you running it on at this point?
Have you disabled all plugins and switched to the default theme to make sure that it’s not something in a plugin or your theme that’s causing those sort of delay? Have you tried anything else to see where the slowness is hitting it, or coming from? Could it be your browser not rendering JavaScript fast?
As bad as it sounds, just saying “it’s slow, make it fast” is really not that helpful as there’s no indication of what is slowing down your system and that leaves us with no way to know what to recommend as there’s just way too many factors that can influence something like this, and not all of them are WordPress core.
