It has broken and media insertion and then link insertion for pages and posts. Please fix.

Could you try to deactivate all your other plugins one by one, and see if one of them conflicts with WordPress 3.5?
Could you also try to switch to a different theme, like Twenty Twelve, and see if the problem remains?

As outlined here, plugins and themes using an old version of jQuery can cause multiple issues with WordPress:

Thanks for the reply. Odd, now everything I mentioned is suddenly working. I am running a Twenty Twelve Child theme.
