Why is this plugin designated a “network only” plugin with “Network: true” in the header? I would like to use this plugin on only one of the sites in my multisite network, but this designation forces me to activate the plugin across all the sites in my network. Is there a specific reason this is forced?

If not, please change this to “Network: false” in the header.

The plugin is marked as “Network: true” because its functionality is designed to operate at the network level, ensuring consistent behavior across all sites in a multisite environment.

That said, there is no strict technical limitation that would prevent it from running on a single site only. The current setup was primarily chosen to avoid configuration inconsistencies and reduce potential edge cases when used across multiple sites.

Based on your feedback, this is a valid use case. I’ll review the implementation and consider changing it to “Network: false” in a future update so it can be activated per-site within multisite installations.

Thanks for pointing this out 👍
