Why Newsletter Image Width Set to Zero?

The newsletter works great for articles, and featured images are properly displayed.

However when images are included in the newsletter, the widths are set to “zero”, so the images do not display on the newsletter.

How can this issue be resolved?

Hello there @supertrooper2 ,

Thanks for getting in touch and letting us know about the issue you’re experiencing. That definitely doesn’t sound like expected behavior.

Just to help us dig into this further, could you please confirm if you’re using the Image block when trying to display the image? It would also be very helpful if you could send us the actual image file you’re trying to display so we can run a few tests on our end.

Once we have those details, we’ll be in a better position to troubleshoot and get this sorted for you.

No, I am using the “post” and “automatic latest content” blocks (see attached screenshot).

The images are embedded in the newsletter but with a width of zero. e.g.

I see you have opened a ticket with our support team directly on this issue. We will continue to debug your issue via the ticket.

For any other customers who have found this thread, this is not standard CSS for the MailPoet designer and looks to be a conflict, so a conflict test is the next step.

I’ll set this thread to resolved – please follow up with us on the results of the conflict test via the ticket.
