    Hi,

It could be an issue if in the post and the DB are both using different encoding for those files, yes!

Can you check and copy paste here the HTML in which your image is referenced?
And then, can you tell me what is the filename referenced for this in the Media Library?

hi dude, thanks for answer :

for example watch this img name (plugin find it as Seems not in use)

    imglink: http://s9.picofile.com/file/8321602884/1.png

now i search this name on Media Library and i can see this img used.

    imglink: http://s9.picofile.com/file/8321602892/2.png

and on my post, this pic format is below:

    imglink: http://s9.picofile.com/file/8321602918/3.png

    Hi,

Indeed, maybe because your WordPress is set up in arabic? I don’t have a test environment like this.

If I provide you a fresh install of WordPress, do you think you could try to reproduce this issue for me?

you want say this problem is just for wordpress admin panel and website language?

nop its not arabic, its persian(IR_fa) lang but this 2 language Are similar, but persian lang have 4 more character and arabic don’t have this: (گ) (پ) (چ) (ژ) .

you want i change my wordpress language to english and try again to this?

I actually have no idea, your case is normally very simple and handled easily by the plugin. But your environment is right to left and so I have no idea what the real impacts are. You could try to switch to English but I would be also afraid that the DB has information that is already based on this (even though it shouldn’t). To be honest, it’s hard to say. I think it’s really best if I give you a fresh install to try to reproduce the issue, starting with an English set up at first 🙂
