why sometimes it doesn't post automatically?????

Hi
I’ve been using this plugin since a year now
but the big problem is that u don’t feel secured, in which some posts do not go to twitter or facebook automatically
So I have to check and refresh facebook and twitter after each post to see if it was posted there !!!
Can u do something for that or gimme a reason plz? I am really done with that
