why the added menu items all missing?

    Dear sir,

    We just install the https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wr-megamenu extension yesterday. But we found that when we added menu items, the items will missing after some time. we have try to add 3 times and the items are all lost from the backend after some time later.

    That’s make us crazy. can you tell me if any miss configuration when setup the menu?
