Why the color n header position wrong?

Look at the Header H2 (Malaysia’s #1 Roadside Assistance Mobile App). The original color and placements are http://carput.xyz/my/ (translated page).
I have doubled check the settings. Fonts are all set red on the builder, and allign center for mobile.
But when view on incognito, seems like it is not red color (black instead) and the mobile view is allign left.
Why is that?

Just took a peek at the page on an actual mobile device and that heading is center aligned and in red. Check the screenshot below for reference.
