ohad258, please us http://wordpress.pastebin.com and post a copy of your themes sidebar.php (if it has one) and we may be able to help with things.
However.
A lot of themes disable the standard included menu if you use any widgets. It sounds liek yours does this. however it is fairly easy to add your own widgetable area – have a look at:
