Widget Area Missing

    Hi, I have just built a site with 5.9.3 and Kadence Pro Theme and Blocks. I built it on localhost and uploaded to a server. On the localhost I had a Contact Us button in a Widget in the footer. It disappeared when I uploaded the site to the host. I went to the Widget area off of the dashboard and there is nothing there. The usual list of widget possibilities is missing.
    I have disabled all of the plugins, changed the theme to 2021, and reinstalled the core files but it is still not there.
    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Since you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    If you read my post you would see that the problem persisted with 2021 installed and no plugins. I don’t think it is a problem associated with any commercial product. This seems like the right place to be looking for help.
