When you choose a category it makes a space from the main category to the sub-category in the widget. On my site, It doesn’t ?

It’s a CSS conflict. Kindly try adding the following CSS code in the “Advanced CSS” option of your theme’s customizer panel.
.acadp-widget-categories li ul {
padding: 0 0 0 15px !important;
}
