• Hi,

    Popups build within WPBakery does not work with the widget unfortunately. See the website and click right on the orange Log In button for example.

    If the click requires a JS trigger for example, could you share this? I might also forward that to the theme developers.

    Hi,

    Are you using a particular popups plugin or is it something built into WP Bakery / your theme?

    Could you do a test and temporarily disable your “MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress” form/widget on the sidebar of your site, and see if it then renders properly in the popup?

    Hi,

    I have removed it from the mc4wp for now.

    Two days ago I did a lot of trials, deactivated everything and turned on and off all the integrations. But somehow it doesn’t reach it. The MC4WP also has a popup via the menu: Vacatures > Vacature Alert and there it also didn’t popup.

    The popup is part of the WPBakery developed by the Theme.

    With thanks,

    I just tested this setup with:

    – Ultimate Member login form in a popup (using “Hustle” plugin popups).

    – MC4WP form also on the page.

    Opening the popup seemed to load the Turnstile widget fine for me.

    So it seems there may be an issue/conflict with your specific popup.

    In the next update I’ll update it so the UM login form has a specific unique ID so you can trigger the re-render with JS like this:

    turnstile.reset("#cf-turnstile-um-login");

    Hi,

    Thank you. What is a quick fix for now?
