Widget does not show up

I have to admit that I am very new to wordpress, but I really can’t see why this plugin is not working.

I’ m using wordpress 4.0, Wampserver and the “responsive” theme. The only other plugin I have installed is “Contact Form 7” , but even with that deactivated this plugin does not function. When I look at the Plugins tab in wordpress I do see Black Studio TinyMCE Widget, but that’s about all it does. When I go to the widget tab it doesn’t show anything.
