    There must be album created under UPG album.
    That album shouldn’t be hidden from frontend.

    There is the option to hide selected category/album.

    I have 2 album created with “Hide at Front End” OFF but it still doesn’t show.

    Is there any post inside album ?
    There is a options while creating widgets to hide empty albums.

    of course! I have 2 albums populated with images.
    The widget option “hide empty albums” is OFF.
    I show the generated source:
