Widget for WordPress Status

    Facebook still has Status Update feeds is you use the following url:
    http://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?id=(userid)&format=rss20

    This shows your recent Status Updates.

    Using this plugin, I added a widget that displays only this feed. So it shows Facebook Status Updates on the website.

    The problem is, each status update (event) does not link back to the actual facebook post. So the person can’t interact or respond.

    When I show meta info, it just shows a link to Facebook home page.

    I’ve been all through the code in the past 4 hours, and cannot find a way to add the link with url to the direct post.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    OK, got it.

    To add the url to the status update in the sidebar widget, I edited the following file:
    lifestream-update/themes/default/sidebar.inc.php

    Look at digest.inc.php which is in the same directory. From their you can see how to add the link in the correct format.
