Widget format not populating

Widget was working properly, but after removing and reinstalling it to troubleshoot page loading speed, the reviews load, but not the widget formatting which leads to the reviews being displaying in just a long line of text. I’ve fully removed and reinstalled the plugin, regenerated the code, and cleared the caches in both wordpress and my browser with no luck. I don’t have the ability to exclude Trustindex’s JS file individually but would assume I shouldn’t have to if the widget worked properly before? All themes and plugins are up to date. What other measures can I take to get this working again? Thanks.
