Widget Function won't open

    After installing 3.8.2 I have attempted to update my widgets however everytime I try and load the widget toolbar it refuses to load and sometimes gives me an error, at other times searches the page title.

    I would appreciate any help with this as this function is crucial to my website.

    whats the error or the error name?

    I think it was 500. Currently on my work PC and here it just google searches the page title. I’ll update once I get home.

    May be its the internet connection or may be In Internet Explorer, the message The website cannot display the page often indicates an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. A 405 Method Not Allowed error is another possibility but you can be sure by looking for either 500 or 405 in the IE title bar.

    Most of the time, a 500 Internal Server Error displays inside the Internet browser window, just as web pages do.

    I use Chrome on both pcs.

    And I’m sure it is the 500 internal server error just off the top of my head. From the way you described it

    Unsure what to send as it’s the Widgets page for WordPress.
