    Hi,

I’m using The Events Calendar 3.9.1 with Oxygen theme 0.5.4, and am having some trouble with customizing the upcoming events widget. As you can see at the link below, it currently displays with extra padding on the left. I’d like it to align flush left with the rest of the sidebar content, and have tried some css snippets that I found in other support threads, but with no luck. How should I resolve this alignment issue?

    Here’s the site:

And a bonus question (of lower priority) — how would one customize font styles (size, font) in the upcoming events widget?

    Thanks!

    Howdy eluckert,

You probably saw that the sticky about Modern Tribe not providing code/customizations for you. I wish someone from the community was able to help, but it has been three weeks :(.

We do offer tutorials for customizing stuff. You can totally change font colors and stuff with overrides as outlined here: Themer’s Guide However, you do need a sound knowledge of CSS to be able to follow those. Unfortunately though, that is completely necessary for many customizations in WordPress, and this is one of them. Maybe you know of someone, a friend or someone you can hire, who can help you customize everything perfect?

I hope the tutorial and extra info helps. Cheers my good eluckert, I wish you the best.

    – Brook
