Could you please delete the widget and add a new one.
Also, are you seeing counts updating in the Admin area?
Hello! I’m having exactly the same problem after yesterday’s update. Deleting and re-installing plugin and widget unfortunately didn’t help either: My widget list is completely empty, as well as the shortcode I tried instead. On my dashboard, counts are still updating correctly.
What are your site URLs where I can see this?
Do you have any caching plugins that would need to have their cache cleaned?

Also, do you have any multi-lingual plugins like WPML or PolyLang?
You can find the widget on http://www.irisluckhaus.de/neuigkeiten/ as 4th in the column; that empty space under the title “Meistgeklickt”.
I use PolyLang. I never altered the plugin to only show same-language results, so it usually shows a mix of both German and English posts.
